The client was referred through TenantBase but had struggled to get responses from listing agents on multiple attempts. As a startup franchise needing to move quickly, the unresponsiveness was becoming a real obstacle. The Tailored Closet of Parker secured a functional warehouse hub with office space, commencing April 15, 2026, positioning the franchise to serve its full Denver-metro territory with room to build out a showroom down the line.
