If my deal is not a fit, can Innovate CRE refer me to another broker?

The short answer

Yes, absolutely. Innovate Commercial Real Estate works with brokers across Colorado and outside the state. If your deal is in a market we do not cover or needs a different specialty, we will introduce you to a broker who fits. Being referred elsewhere is never a concern.

When we refer you

01

Outside Colorado

Another state

You are buying, selling or leasing in another state. We connect you with a broker who knows that market and its rules.

02

Far from the Denver metro

Elsewhere in Colorado

Your property is somewhere a local broker will know better. We work with brokers across Colorado and will introduce you to one there.

03

A different specialty

Specialist

Your deal is a residential home or a property type that needs a specialist. We will find the broker who does that every day.

How a referral works

  • We talk through what you need and where
  • We pick a broker we know and trust for that market or property type
  • With your permission, we introduce you directly and share what you have told us, so you do not start over
  • You sign your own agreement with that broker
  • We stay available if you have questions

Being referred is never a concern. The right broker for your deal matters more than who it is.

Common follow up questions

Does Innovate CRE refer clients to brokers outside Colorado?

Yes. We work with brokers in other states as well as across Colorado, and we will introduce you to one who knows your market.

Do I pay anything to be referred?

No. We do not charge you for an introduction.

Will the new broker know my situation?

With your permission, we share what you have told us about the property, timing and goals, so you do not have to start over.

Will I need a new agreement with the other broker?

Yes. In Colorado every broker needs a written agreement with you before working for you, and other states have their own rules. The new broker will walk you through theirs.
